Warranty

The warranty system of Carberry GmbH company is aimed to highlight the responsibility of the manufacturer for each produced item and to ensure the fastest replacement of broken item in case it's required.

All BLITZ brake discs are covered by 12 months full warranty, that starts from purchase day.

BLITZ brake pads are covered by warranty for 12 months from purchase day. In case when brake pads are manufactured under new High Performance line, warranty on them is extended up to 50 thousand kilometers of vehicle mileage.

Manufacturer's warranty is not applied to cases where the item was broken due to incorrect installation or due to non-compliance with the vehicle operation rules.
Warranty statement needs to be sent to the manufacturer not later than 30 calendar days from notice of the defect. Statement review and the provision of a new product instead of broken one is made in time established by current legislation. All new items provided in case of warranty use are also fully covered by manufacturer's warranty.
