Despite the crises, secondary market of spare parts almost never suffers stagnation. Moreover, in these periods it sometimes grows. This is clearly illustrated by the example of the German brand Blitz.

According to the consumer market experts, the segment of automotive components sold in spare parts secondary market has recently seen a noticeable increase in demand for various components of brake systems.  Experts relate the situation to increase in the fleet of used cars, which currently has a significant proportion of cars by various foreign brands, including those assembled in Russia.

The German company Carberry GmbH focusing on production of automotive parts, having seen this trend, has dramatically increased the range of Blitz branded brake components supplied to our market. So, for example, the choice of brake drums was widened immediately with 30 articles covering the needs of almost two and a half thousand cars modifications, including such popular in Russia models as Renault Logan, Daewoo Matiz, Chevrolet Lanos, VW Polo, etc. 

An even higher increase was noticed among the drum brake shoes - about 50 new Blitz branded articles appeared that cover over 6,000 cars modifications, including the majority of the "top models" on the Russian market. Moreover, in addition to the above increased choice of brake components, an impressive list of parking brake shoe assemblies should also be added. All these components categories are already being supplied to shops of the Carberry GmbH's official dealers.

The BLITZ products choice has been widened by 18 brake shoes articles covering another 1,066 car modifications.

This means that now another tens of thousands of domestic owners of such popular car models as Skoda Octavia, Ford Transit, Kia Ceed, Mercedes-Benz B-class, and many others, produced after 2011, will be able to "try on" their "iron horses" the BLITZ brake shoes conforming to the highest European quality standards.
